At GM UK Fleet, we are committed to keeping you up to date
with regard to vehicle pricing. As part of this commitment, we
would like to advise you that Vauxhall will implement a 2.2%
average increase on the on-the-road recommended retail price
(RRP) of Vauxhall Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles with
effect from 3 August 2009.

The new prices will all take effect
from 00.01hrs on 3 August 2009. As a valued customer, we are
informing you in advance of the increases coming into effect
in order that you may benefit from this early notification. In
particular, if you order your new vehicles prior to midnight
on 2 August 2009, we undertake to supply them at the current
price in line with our price protection
policy.*1
This protection does not apply to
price adjustments caused by Government changes in the rate of
VAT (currently 15%), Vehicle Excise Duty or DVLA New Vehicle
First Registration Fee.
Further new Insignia product
updates for MY10
In response to
customer feedback, we are pleased to announce the following
enhancements to the new Insignia product
offer:
Leather upholstery on SRi
trim
The previous Leather Pack option is
revised and is no longer packaged with Electronic Climate
Control - the option price is therefore reduced.
The
option now becomes:
Sport Leather Pack: Perforated
leather seat facings, Driver seat with ventilation system and
Electrically heated front seats. This option price is now
reduced to £1,095 inc. VAT.
Leather Upholstery
on Exclusiv and SE trims
Leather upholstery is
introduced as a Factory Option in both Sienna Black and Sienna
Beige.
New option introduced:
Comfort Leather
Pack: Leather seat facings with electrically heated front
seats. This option price is £995 inc. VAT.
Premium Sensory Pack
Available on Exclusiv and SRi models, this
new option pack provides the combination of dual-zone
Electronic Climate Control with a heat reflective windscreen
and humidity sensor, 12v power outlet in the centre rear
compartment, and the convenience of the Sight and Light Pack.
Option price is £395 inc. VAT.
Electronic
Climate Control
Dual-zone Electronic Climate
Control, featuring a heat reflective windscreen, humidity
sensor and 12v power outlet in the centre rear compartment, is
now available as a standalone option on all SE models. Option
price is £295 inc. VAT.
Further to our e-bulletin dated
7 July 2009 advising you of product updates to the Insignia
range for Model Year 2010, we would like to advise you of the
following changes and clarifications:
- Sports pedals remain on all SRi trims
- Rear interior door handles on SRi trims retain their
chrome finish
- Stainless steel rear bumper protector is available only
with Insignia Sports Tourer
Please note that the 3 August Vauxhall Car & Accessory
Price Guide includes all of the above Factory Option additions
and amendments.
