A key element of the Pre Budget Report was the confirmation that VAT rates will revert to 17.5% with effect from 1 January 2010. In our e-bulletin dated 10 December 2009, we advised that revised Vauxhall Price Guides would be issued dated 1 January 2010 with all prices reflecting the 2.5% VAT increase.
