Designed to make life safer and more comfortable for your
drivers, new Insignia’s incredible innovations include:*1
- Intelligent Adaptive Forward Lighting (AFL) – AFL headlights change their
pattern to suit the location and the weather. Sensing where you need
the light most, they can even help you see around corners. And if something is coming the other way,
they dip automatically. It’s the next generation in Vauxhall lighting.
- Front Camera System*2
– Select the Front Camera System and new Insignia will read the speed limit signs and present a reminder
on the main instrument panel display helping you keep safe and legal. Leave your lane without a signal, and it will also
emit an audible warning.
- FlexRide (Adaptive Stability Technology) – This adapts new Insignia’s driving feel to
match your mood. Select Tour mode for a smoother, more relaxed set-up. Or select Sport mode for a more dynamic,
responsive drive.
- Adaptive 4X4 – Permanent four-wheel drive-system with FlexRide
will automatically distribute drive from the front to the rear wheels as conditions demand.
Allows maximum traction for smooth, strong acceleration, outstanding driving dynamics and more stability in cornering.
With new Insignia now on sale, and prices and specifications confirmed, you’ll be pleased to hear that order
banks are now open. Prices start from £15,935*3
on-the-road.
Key Fleet Decision Maker Information
New Insignia Trim Levels
New Insignia is launched in hatchback and saloon versions with a choice of five different trim levels –
each carefully specified to create its own definition of Insignia’s character. Fleet Decision Makers
will note the following key changes to the trim level line up with the aim of making choice list placements simpler:
| S | (was Life) |
| Exclusiv | |
| SE | (was Design) |
| Elite | |
| SRi | |
The S model is a new entry level trim in terms of specification, while the familiar Exclusiv model is the next
level up, but with a lower on-the-road price than the S to benefit Company Car Drivers and Fleet Decision Makers
with lower tax bills.*4
The SE trim builds on Exclusiv followed by the top of the range Elite model. The SRi trim provides a sporty side
to Insignia, adding specification to the Exclusiv level. Furthermore, satellite navigation models
are available on all trim levels (except S).

Powerful and efficient engines
New Insignia engines provide the power you want, the fuel efficiency you need and the low emissions we all
appreciate. From launch there is the choice of three petrol and two diesel engines, all of which are Euro V
compliant and come with six-speed transmissions – manual or automatic. The entry level petrol
engine is the 1.8i 16v VVT (140PS) already seen in other Vauxhall models. There is also a choice of either
the new 2.0i 16v Turbo (220PS) or the smooth 2.8i V6 24v Turbo (260PS) automatic.
The Insignia will launch with two versions of the new 2.0CDTi 16v diesel engine developing either 130PS or
160PS. Both are next generation engines and offer more power and torque, as well as competitive fuel economy
and CO2 emissions of only 154g/km.
Please refer to the table below for the trim/engine combinations:

More good news comes from Eurotax Glass’s who say “The new Insignia is truly in a different
motoring world, and the future predicted residual values reflect this”. At 37% retained value after 3
years and 60,000 miles, this puts the new Insignia 2.0CDTi 16v (130PS) SRi 5 door ahead of the equivalent
Volkswagen Passat, Ford Mondeo and Citroen C5 model.
