Vauxhall announce revised pricing and Astra ecoFLEX order banks open

As part of our regular communication service to business customers, GM UK Fleet like to keep you fully informed of pricing for our latest models. As part of this commitment, we would like to advise you of forthcoming pricing realignments that will shortly affect the Vauxhall Commercial Vehicle range and selected models in the Vauxhall Passenger Car range.

Commercial Vehicle Range price increase

Effective 3 October 2008, the list prices (exc. VAT) of all Commercial Vehicles - with the exception of the Combo Expression model - will increase by an average of 2.5%.

Selected Passenger Cars price increase

Also effective 3 October 2008, the on-the-road recommended retail price (RRP) of New Agila and Astra TwinTop models will increase by an average of 2.5%. Please note that these models were not included in the pricing realignments announced 4 August 2008.

These new prices will be effective from 00.01 hrs on 3 October 2008. As a valued customer, we are informing you in advance of the increases coming into effect, in order that you may benefit from this early notification. In particular, if you order your new vehicles prior to midnight on 2 October 2008, we undertake to supply them at the current price.

In line with our price protection policy, this protection does not apply to price adjustments caused by Government changes in the rate of VAT (currently 17.5%), Vehicle Excise Duty or DVLA New Vehicle First Registration Fee.

Printed copies of our revised Vauxhall Car & Accessory Price Guide and Commercial Vehicle & Accessory Price Guide will be mailed to you to arrive 3 October 2008.

Astra ecoFLEX Order Banks Open

Further to our recent announcement of the addition of Astra estate and Sport Hatch to the ecoFLEX line-up, we are pleased to inform you that order banks for these models open at 9am on Monday 15 September 2008.

All Astra ecoFLEX models produce only 119g/km of CO₂, providing significant VED and BiK savings^*1, as well as great drivability and improved fuel consumption. If you missed our recent e-bulletin on Astra ecoFLEX, please click here to view the announcement.
