15 January 2010
In line with our commitment to keeping you informed with regards
to vehicle pricing, we advise that Vauxhall will implement a 2.6%
average increase on the on-the-road recommended retail price (RRP)
of Vauxhall Passenger Cars and Commercial Vehicles with effect from
29 January 2010.
The price increases are a result of the ongoing weakness of the
Sterling versus the Euro and follows on from many competitors that
have already increased prices in recent months.
Please note that all-new Astra and Vivaro Combi will not be
increased except to have their price points rounded up following the
VAT change. Combo and Vivaro models will not be increased except to
take into account changes to delivery charge.
Revised Price Guides containing specific pricing for each model
are now available to download via the links below:

Please also note that Delivery to a Vauxhall Retailer will be
rounded up from £659.02 to £660.00 inc. VAT (from £560.87 to £561.70
exc. VAT).
The new prices will be effective from 00.01 hrs on 29th January
2010. As a valued customer, we are informing you in advance of the
increases coming into effect in order that you may benefit from this
early notification. In particular, if you order your new vehicles
prior to midnight on 28 January 2010, we undertake to supply them at
the current price in line with our price protection
policy.*1
This protection does not apply to price adjustments caused by
Government changes in the rate of VAT (currently 17.5%), Vehicle
Excise Duty or DVLA New Vehicle First Registration Fee.
